I have tried a lot of different work out equipment in my day but, I have found that the two best pieces of equipment you can have is an elliptical and a treadmill. Treadmills can help strengthen your knees, and they also give you a really great cardio work out. An elliptical on the other hand also do the same thing, but they also really get your heart pumping and work as a great aerobic exercise as well.
One of the main problems with exercise equipment is that they are expensive. But you can fix this by shopping directly at the factory, another great thing about shopping direct is you usually don’t have to pay for shipping like you would at other stores.

That’s a huge difference!
