This 790T model has iFit workout card technology, which allows you to add additional workouts to your routine just by purchasing additional iFit workout cards.  The 790T model has 8 weeks of iFit workouts included and along with 16 quick calorie burn workouts, allowing you to stay motivated as you workout to your choice of numerous workouts.    When using the iFit card workouts your treadmill will automatically be adjusted for the workouts the voice of your personal trainer motivates you as they walk you through your workout.
