The Merit 725T folding treadmill has many features that you want yet, is a very low cost alternative to a gym membership. At the time of this writing this treadmill is running just under $400 at Amazon and includes free shipping.
The warranty is very good and includes Lifetime warranty on the frame, 2-years warranty on the motor (1.25-horsepower continuous-duty motor).
