This Smooth 6.75 Folding Treadmill is new for 2010 and features a powerful 3.0 HP motor. The motor is not just powerful but is also whisper quiet. This powerful motor allows for quick changes in speed and incline without jumping or hesitating.
Many treadmills have a smaller motor and when they reach higher speeds or when you or your automatic program shifts speeds, it can often growl or hesitate. You’ll find that with a 3.0 HP motor your workout is smoother and also quieter.
This powerful motor also allows a user up to 350 pounds.
There is one feature that I especially like – it’s the hand rail toggle switches.
Instead of having to slow down your workout and change the controls on your LCD console, with the 6.75, your controls are built right into the hand rails.
In addition to being able to change your speed and incline on your hand rails you also have your hand grip pulse monitors. By gripping your hand rails your workout will automaticaly adjust depending on your heart rate.
Your 6.75 folding treadmill includes 12 workout programs which are 5 Speed programs, 5 incline programs, 2 distance programs, and 1 Heart Rate program.
There are 15 levels of incline and this treadmill has speeds that go from .06 up to 12 MPH. When you use the 5 speed workout programs or the 5 incline programs your treadmill will automatically adjust these functions automatically for you.
For comfort, the 6.75 folding treadmill has a deluxe sound system that lets you hook up your iPod , your MP3 player or CD player and listen to your music without having to wear headphones.
There is also a 2 speed fan for cooling you off while you workout and transport wheels to easily move your treadmill from room to room.
Folding and unfolding your treadmill is a breeze with it’s dual stage soft drop folding that has gas shock assist to help you raise up your treadmill when your finished working out and it gently lowers when your ready to go.
