The ProForm 10.0 ZE Elliptical is new for 2010 and with this new model brings features that at one time were reserved for the higher priced models.
The 10.0 ZE elliptical is a space saving elliptical as the base and pedals fold up easily and quickly giving you more living space.
This elliptical also has iFit card technology which will allow you to extend your variety of workouts by purchasing additional iFit cards. However, your ZE comes with 8 weight loss workouts and 8 timed workouts.
With 12 levels of resistance you’ll be able to go from new user all the way up to experienced. 
With the 10.0 ZE elliptical machines you will also be able to adjust your stride length. This will allow each user to pick a stride length that is good for them plus each user can alternate and change their workouts and muscles targeted by adjusting the stride.
The stride lengths are 13″, 15″ and 18″. Although 18″ is good for the average sized person, if you have a very tall person or someone who has long legs you may prefer to have an elliptical with a stride length of 21+ inches.
To make your workouts more comfortable, this elliptical has a cooling fan, water bottle holder, oversized -slip resistant pedals, music port and an easy to view console.
This elliptical also has dual grip heart rate monitor and upper body workout arms.
