If you have about 35 minutes of free time then you have enough time for a totally fat burning cardio workout!
Many people believe that in order to burn fat you need to spend at least 1 hour on cardio. However, what they don’t understand that while you may need 1 hour if you are doing slow cardio you need much less time if your routine is streamlined and effective.
The cardio workout below will work several muscle groups at the same time so you get double and some times triple the exercise power allowing you to spend less time exercising which makes it easier for you to squeeze it into your day.
If you then add in 15 minutes of treadmill or elliptical time you get a very rounded and effective fitness workout. Your machine time can either be used as a warming up time or to help with cool down. If you are using this time as your cool down just be sure to set your equipment at its lowest setting so that you can take it slow and easy.
