ProForm 680 Trainer Treadmill

The ProForm 680 Trainer treadmill has features that both the novice and the advanced will love.  Many treadmills can work well for the new user but once they work out for a year or so, they grow out of their treadmill. However, with the ProForm 680 Trainer treadmill has both a 0-10 MPH quick speed control and a 0-10% quick incline control.

Being able to adjust your speed and incline easily will allow your treadmill to grow with you.  As your body gets used to a level surface and a slower pace you will begin to adjust the incline higher and the pace faster.  This give you the control to work your body harder as it gets more fit.

By adjusting the incline you will find yourself burning more calories per workout and you’ll arrive at your fitness golas quicker than if you kept your treadmill use at a level surface.

Being able to change the speed and incline easily is just one reason why the ProForm 680 trainer treadmill helps you towards your fat loss goals. The ProForm 680 Trainer treadmill also has 10 certified trainer programs,  a strong Mach Z 2.8 hp motor ( with 20 year warranty) and a quiet treadbelt with treadsoft Max cushioning.

If you like to workout to music (and who doesn’t) you’ll be glad to know that the ProForm 680 Intermix Acoustics 2.0 Sound system for superb sound quality.  The sound system with its built-in,  compatible music port for iPod, allowing you to listen to all your favorite music during your workout.

Do you put off your exercise workouts because you find them a bit boring?

By just making a few simple changes to your workouts you can not only look forward to working out but you will reach your fitness goals quicker and feel better about it.

Are you tired of the same old 12 reps, 10 squats, and 20 minutes on your treadmill or elliptical trainer? I was.

There is a way to make exercise less boring and it’s so simple to do!

If you’re sick of walking on a flat surface on your treadmill, there are many ways to liven up that work out.

Putting on an hour-long TV show that you have to get involved in is a great way to make your mind wander.

While watching your show, set your pace at a very light jog.  When a commercial comes on, pick up your pace then slow back down when the show returns.

Another way to make exercise less boring is to add other things to make it exciting.  Add people or music.  Set your iPod to shuffle and get moving.  Create various exercise playlists and then don’t stop until the music does.

Adding people to your workout is another way to make exercise less boring. Generally,  people have 5 times more chance of taking the initiative to even go to the gym when they’re with a friend – and are ten times more likely to continue going to the gym when they have a partner to help motivate them.

Rewarding yourself when you do a good job at the gym is a key element of making exercise less boring.  Don’t get too excited – this doesn’t mean you can have a whole box of Twinkies or Ding Dongs.

This means that after a long and strenuous workout, you can treat yourself to a massage at a spa or a new outfit to suit that trimmer, healthier figure you’re now sporting.

NordicTrack  Commercial 1300 with power incline gets your body working!

We all know how effective elliptical machines are now add to that the ability for your elliptical to power incline  and automatically adjust your resistance and you have an elliptical trainer that can target and tone different areas of your body.                                        Nordictrack commercial 1300 elliptical
Try that with a standard elliptical machine.

With Quick Target Toning you can work on those areas that need extra attention.  Just set your NordicTrack 1300 elliptical to the muscle group that you want to workout and your 1300 will automatically set the resistance level and your incline level automatically for you.

This allows you to concentrate on your workout, not fooling around with buttons and dials.

The NordicTrack 1300 also features commercial-grade construction and gym quality features like the club design heart rate monitor, sophisticated electronics, 18″ stride length, yet it is priced low and doesn’t have a commercial price tag.

The 1300 has a weight capacity of 350 pounds and has a stride length of 18″.

The only drawback to the 1300 is that the footprint is 23″ W x 76″ L x 63″ H where as the NordicTrack SpaceSaver Elliptical has a smaller footprint of  64″ L x 27″ W x 67″ H which is better for smaller spaces.

However, if space is not an issue the power incline of the 1300 is a wonderful trade off.  You’ll find yourself burning more calories and toning those problem areas like standard elliptical trainers wish they could.

This Nordictrack elliptical machine is currently on sale at WorkoutWarehouse
