Treadmills, Ellipticals and Home Fitness Equipment

Inversion Table

When people start to put together their home gym, they look at treadmills or stationary bikes or possibly hand weights. Not many think of inversion tables – however it can become one of your most important pieces of health and fitness equipment.

It’s estimated that 80% of us suffer from back pain at one time in their lives and that we lose approximately 1/2 – 2″ inches in height due to disc compression.

Although inversion is commonly used to aid back pain and for back health, inversion therapy also:
Maintains your height, improves circulation, reduces stress, heightens mental alertness, increases flexibility and range of motion, realigns the spine after workouts and improves posture.

There are many inversion tables on the market and we have tried several and found that many inversion table not only didn’t invert all the way, but we didn’t feel secure in them. Some looked sturdy but after a few uses, you could notice the shake a bit more.

After trying time and time again we finally found an inversion table that was sturdy (has a 5 year warranty) inverts fully, one we felt secure in and also comes with an instructional DVD.
